Mr. Nand Kishore Aggarwal, Chairman, Crystal Crop Protection, is a strong advocate of transforming India through agriculture. His business acumen and innovative thinking, combined with an avid passion for agriculture, have helped Crystal become one of the fastest growing agrochemical companies in India providing seed to harvest solutions. Mr. Aggarwal guides the Group’s strategic areas of Research & Development and New Product Development, besides mentoring the management team on new strategic initiatives.
Mr. Ankur Aggarwal, a post-graduate in marketing from the University of De Montfort (UK) and a Harvard alumnus, took charge as Managing Director of Crystal Crop Protection in 2006. Under his dynamic leadership, the organization has gone through a complete business process re-engineering, with functions redesigned to meet global standards. He has been instrumental in upgrading IT, supply chain, purchase functions and automating manufacturing units.
Mr. Nirwal started his career with Crystal Crop Protection Ltd. in 1990 and has 36 years of experience in the crop protection industry. He holds a master’s degree in science (agriculture) from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut and participated in the programme on agricultural input marketing conducted by the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in 2008.
Mr. Ankur Aggarwal brings strategic vision, business transformation experience and deep understanding of the crop protection value chain to the Board. His leadership has contributed to technology adoption, process excellence and long-term business growth.
Mr. Anil Nirwal brings extensive experience in the crop protection industry, agricultural input marketing and business leadership. His expertise supports Saffire Crop Science in building strong market connect, dependable product solutions and partner-led growth.
Mr. Kewala Nand Mishra is a seasoned manufacturing professional with 27 years of experience and an extensive background in manufacturing and plant operations, process improvement, and project execution & management. He has previously worked with Parijat, Sulphur Mills, Sumil Chemical, Tata Chemicals, and HIL, where he contributed significantly to operational excellence and efficiency.
